Yes, the membership period is 12 months, Premium Delivery will automatically renew after 12 months unless cancelled through your membership account.

If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel your membership as long as it hasn't been used/redeemed on an order.

Premium Delivery is available only to UK residents for now.

Other delivery methods will still be available at the checkout.

It can take up to 2 mins for you to receive your confirmation email. Once you have this, you will then be able to claim the benefits of a Premium Delivery customer.

To reduce our environmental impact we will aim to bundle orders together and ship in fewer boxes. This is subject to release dates of items and item stock location across our network.

Without an active membership Premium 1-2 Working Day Delivery is £4.35 per order.

Our UK warehouse network will aim to dispatch In-Stock items within 72 working hours or Same Day by 3:30pm for eligible items in the Same Day Dispatch Range.

Pre-orders will only dispatch as and when stock is on site with our warehouses.

Mixed basket orders (In-Stock & Pre-Order items) that have been ordered together will only be dispatched once all items are available as we can not split orders on the system once placed.

Our warehouse network is operational Monday-Friday.

Our warehouse network will be closed on Bank Holidays, National Holidays, Local Flooding, Road Closures (if we can't get a collection van down the road), Stock Take Week, Conventions days and during Building Works/Repairs/Warehouse Upgrades.

General T&Cs

• Infinity Collectables Premium is a delivery subscription service, giving you unlimited UK only deliveries for 12 months for an annual fee for all orders that you place on Infinity Collectables in accordance with Infinity Collectables terms and conditions.

• In order to subscribe to Infinity Collectables, you will need a registered Infinity Collectables online account. You can sign up for this here or by clicking ‘My Account’ on the homepage.

• Your subscription will expire 12 months from the date of purchase regardless of when it is first used. The subscription will automatically renew.

• Your Infinity Collectables Premium subscription is non-exchangeable and non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged or upgraded for a different subscription type. 

• You can cancel your unused Infinity Collectables Premium subscription for a refund up to 14 days from the date of purchase provided that no deliveries have been ordered. To cancel please call contact us.

Infinity Collectables reserves the right to change the price of Infinity Collectables Premium subscription at any point. Changes to pricing will not affect any current Infinity Collectables subscriptions however any new subscriptions following expiry will be at the new price.

 • Infinity Collectables Premium is for personal use only and is not available for business, re-sale or wholesale purposes.

• You hereby accept and acknowledge that: (i) you will only use Infinity Collectables Premium for personal use; (ii) that your usage of the Infinity Collectables Premium subscription service shall be fair, reasonable and proportionate to that of the average customer using the Infinity Collectables Premium subscription service for personal use; and (iii) Infinity Collectables may at its sole discretion suspend or terminate your subscription in the event that you are making excessive use of the Infinity Collectables Premium subscription service including where a customer places high volumes of orders beyond what could reasonably be expected of the average customer using the Infinity Collectables Premium subscription service for personal use.

• Infinity Collectables Premium cannot be bought as a gift for another person. It can only be used by the person who has purchased Infinity Collectables Premium subscription but can be used to deliver items purchased by you from Infinity Collectables to your friends and family.

• Whilst Infinity Collectables will notify you of any delays to your order, Infinity Collectables will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver your order within the estimated timescales, nor shall we be able to accept any cancellation or offer any refund of your Infinity Collectables Premium subscription. 

• We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, amend or remove any part of these terms and conditions from time to time and it is your responsibility to check them for changes or updates. In addition to these terms and conditions, the Infinity Collectables terms and conditions shall apply to all your online orders.

• If we make any material changes to the Infinity Collectables Premium subscription services, we will notify via email or by notice on the product page  prior to implementation of the change. We shall take any continued use of the Infinity Collectables Premium subscription service following such notice as consent and acceptance of such change. If you do not wish to continue with the Infinity Collectables Premium subscription service following any material change, please contact us as soon as possible.

• It is your responsibility to ensure your use of Infinity Collectables Premium is in accordance with these terms and conditions. Any breach of these terms and conditions by you will result in the termination of your subscription, for which, no refund will be given. Infinity Collectables, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to accept or refuse any request to subscribe to Infinity Collectables Premium.

• By purchasing a Infinity Collectables Premium subscription you accept these terms and conditions. Your personal information will be used for the purpose of facilitating your Infinity Collectables Premium subscription and arranging deliveries when you make a qualifying purchase.
