How long does it take to dispatch an in-stock item?

In-stock items are dispatched within 72 working hours, however some products may have product specific dispatch times which can be found on the product page. 

I haven't received my item ?

Please refer back to the product page as all info will be shown on the page regarding dispatch. Some items may be listed as pre-orders or extended dispatch times which is why they haven't arrived yet but are on the way/subject to release.
